摘　　要：目的:观察鼠神经生长因子联合加巴喷丁治疗外周神经损伤性神经病理性疼痛的疗效。方法:16例外周神经损伤术后神经病理性疼痛患者,经非甾体类药物和或阿片类药物治疗后疼痛无明显缓解甚至加重。应用鼠神经生长因子联合加巴喷丁进行治疗,观察疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analoguescale,VAS)、疼痛种类及睡眠时间变化情况。结果:所有患者疼痛评分、疼痛性质的种类明显减少,睡眠时间增加。结论:早期使用鼠神经生长因子联合加巴喷丁治疗神经损伤后神经病理性疼痛患者,可以很好缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量。Objective： To observe the effects of nerve growth factor combined with gabapentin on the treatment of neuropathic pain. Methods： Sixteen cases of neuropathic pain patients induced by peripheral nerve injury, their pain had no apparent remission even aggravated after the treatment with non-steroidal drugs and/or opioid. They were treated with mouse nerve growth factor combined with gabapentin. The visual analogue scale （VAS） and the category of pain, sleep time changing were observed. Results： In all patients, the pain score and the types of pain were significantly reduced, and sleep time was increased. Conclusion： The early application of mouse nerve growth factor combined with gabapentin for the treatment of neuropathic pain induced by nerve injury is effective to relieve the pain and improve sleep time.
