摘  要:对机械粉碎LaNi5 型贮氢合金粉进行表面还原处理后制作发泡镍MH电极与以不同配比的正极混合粉填充发泡镍制作的Ni电极组成的MH Ni电池进行开口、封口化成及封口化成制度的比较 ,结果表明 :开口化成Ni (OH) 2 粉利用率高 ,但电池内阻偏大 ;正极片中添加剂CoO粉的量很大程度上影响电池的放电性能 ;封口化成制度是重要的工艺技术参数 ,实验中AA型封口化成电池容量达到 130 0mAh以上 ,0 .2C放电至 1.2V与放电至 1.0V的容量比大于 85 %,130 0mA放电至 1.2V与放电至 1.0V的容量比大于 72 %。Ni MH batteries made by open formation and seal formation were studied. The batteries in the experiment were composed of MH foamed electrod by filling up LaNi 5 hydrogen storage alloy powder after mechanical pulverization and surface reduction and of Ni foamed electrod by filling up several positive active additive powder. The results show that:Although the utilization coefficient of Ni(OH) 2 of battery by open formation is higher, its internal resistance is greater;The amount of CoO powder extremely affects the discharge characteristics of battery; The condition of seal formation is an important technical parameter;When the capacity of AA size battery made by seal formation is higher than 1300 mAh, the capacity ratio of the battery discharged to 1.2 V to that discharged to 1.0 V at 0.2 C is over 85%. Mean while, the capacity ratio of the battery discharged to 1.2 V to that discharged to 1.0 V at 1300 mA is over 72%.
