摘 要:本文采用湿法加工工艺制备10%二硫氰基甲烷悬浮剂。用流点法、黏度法选择了适合于该体系的表面活性剂种类及用量。探讨了表面活性剂种类及用量与悬浮剂黏度的关系,研究木质素磺酸钠盐3A、农乳700号、烷基萘磺酸缩聚物钠盐M和N复配对二硫氰基甲烷悬浮剂稳定性的影响。对表面活性剂、增稠剂等进行了筛选,确定了最优配方。通过稳定性试验表明,二硫氰基甲烷悬浮剂悬浮率大于90%,离心稳定性及热贮稳定性均为优,产品各项指标符合悬浮剂要求。Methylene bis thiocyanate 10% SC was prepared by wet-milling process in this study. The sort and con- tent of surfactants were selected by flow point and viscosity, and the relationship between surfactants content and viscosity of SC was investigated. The effects of composite surfactants of 3A, 700#, M and N on the stability of methylene bis thiocyanate 10% SC were also discussed. The optimal prescription was produced by the selection of wetting and dispersing agents, thicker, etc. Through the stability test, the results showed that suspension rate was more than 90%, the stability of centrifugation and thermal reservoir were excellent, and the performances could meet the requirements of water suspension.
