降低工业港污水处理站药剂消耗量的对策

摘  要:针对工业港污水处理站由于处理水量大、药剂费用高的现状,对水处理工艺、方法及关键设备高密度沉淀池的运行状况进行调查、分析,通过絮凝试验,确定药剂的最佳投加浓度,并经过现场试验,确定了合理的污泥沉淀比,使得设备运行状态良好,确保了水质稳定达标,大大降低了水处理药剂费用,可为同类系统的水质及成本控制提供参考。In light of the current problems of high volume water consumption and high pharmacy cost for the wastewater treatment in the wastewater treatment station of the industrial port investigation and analysis on the water treatment process and method as well as the key equipment, namely the high concentration sediment pool are carried out and by coagulation experiments the best concentration of the added pharmacy is deter- mined and then by on-site tests the proper sludge sediment rate is obtained. As the results the equipments in the station are running very smoothly and the quality of water is well in conformity to the standard and therefore the cost for the water treatmewent pharmacy is greatly reduced. It can be used as a reference for water quality and cost control of the similar system.
