摘　　要：构建了温州数字资源共建共享联盟机制,从技术支撑系统、共建共享方式、组织管理机制、保障机制、测评与激励机制5个方面对温州数字资源共建共享联盟机制进行了详细论述。This paper establishes Wenzhou＇s digital resources co-construction and sharing alliance mechanism, and makes detailed discussion on Wenzhou＇s digital resources co-construction and sharing alliance mechanism from five aspects of technical support system, co-construction and sharing mode, organizational ＆ managerial mechanism, guarantee mechanism and evaluation ＆ stimulation mechanism.
