摘  要:研究了作为功能膜使用的微孔铝阳极氧化膜的制备及性能。在 4%磷酸阳极氧化铝膜基础上 ,3 .5 %盐酸电解浸蚀得到支撑氧化铝的基体 ,2 %碱处理去除无孔阻挡层 ,3 5 0℃热处理脱水氧化膜 ,制备了具有纳米级孔径和较好机械强度的复合氧化铝分离膜。The preparation and function of porous anodizing aluminum films with bigger area and strength as functional films were investigated using SEM and new progress.The anodic oxidized films having ultrafine pores were formed on aluminum foil by anodizing in 4% H 3PO 4 solution.And then the aluminum foil with porous anodic films were electrochemically etched in 3.5% HCl, therefore the strength of anodic films supported by aluminum base having etched pits is bigger than alone porous films.The barrier layer between porous films and aluminum base was cut and broken in 2% NaOH solution.Finally,the alumina films with aluminum base were heat treated at 350℃ to get dehydrated anodic films.
