摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜联合超声在绝经前后妇女IUD取出中的效果,分析IUD取器困难的原因,提出预防措施。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年12月102例宫腔镜联合超声成功取出IUD的患者的临床资料。结果:102例患者中IUD嵌顿62例,断裂或部分残留5例、扭曲变形4例、尾丝迷失6例,均在宫腔镜联合超声下成功取出,无1例发生并发症。结论:宫腔镜联合超声是安全有效的取出绝经前后妇女IUD的保障,值得临床推广使用。Objectives： To explore the effect of application of hysteroscopy combined with B -ultrasound in removal of IUD from the Pre - Postmenopausal women, to analyze the reasons for difficulties in taking out IUD and to provide preventative meas- ures. Methods： Retrospective study was made to analyze the clinical data of 102 patients from January 2008 to November 2011 who removed IUD successfully by using hysteroscopy combined with B -ultrasound. Results： Among 102 cases, IUDs were in- carcerated in 62 cases; fractured or partly resided in five cases; distorted in four cases, and tail fibers lost in six cases. In all ca- ses IUDs were successfully removed without any complication by using hysteroscopy combined with B - ultrasound. Conclusions： Hvsteroscopy combined with B - ultrasound can ensure safety of IUD removal from the pre - postmenopansal women.
