摘　　要：从档案工作法律规范视角分析我国依法治档的现状,阐述档案工作法律规范的相关概念,分析我国档案工作法律规范存在的问题,并结合实际提出加强档案法治建设的具体措施。Based on the perspective of archives work＇ s legal norm, the present paper analyzed China＇ s current situation of archives work, explained relevant concepts on laws and regulations, and analyzed the legal problems.
