摘　　要：目的观察鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D对改善老年髋部骨折后卧床患者腰椎骨密度的临床疗效。方法将30例患肢行胫骨结节骨牵引术的老年髋部骨折患者随机分为两组,治疗组15例,采用鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D进行治疗8周。对照组15例,未接受治疗。对比观察两组治疗前后腰椎骨密度(BMD)的变化情况。结果对照组患者腰椎BMD较治疗前减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而治疗组则较治疗前未见明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D可以预防老年髋部骨折后卧床患者的腰椎骨质流失,预防废用性骨质疏松。Objective To assess the effects of Salmon Calcitonin combined Caltrate on BMD of lumbar vertebra in elder patients with hip fracture.Methods 30 elder patients in bed with hip fracture were divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group were treated by Salmon Calcitonin combined Caltrate for 8 weeks while patients in control group weren＇t.BMD of lumbar vertebra was measured after 8 weeks.Results BMD of lumbar vertebra was found to reduce in the control group after treatment（P 0.05）.But it was not observed in treatment group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Salmon Calcitonin combined Caltrate is effective in preventing BMD of lumbar vertebra from reducing in elder patients with hip fracture.
