摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定甲硝唑氯霉素栓中两种主成分含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS柱(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-水(50∶5∶45)为流动相,280 nm为检测波长,流速1 mL/min。结果甲硝唑和氯霉素的线性范围分别为49.28~295.68μg/mL(r=0.999 1,n=6)和24.32~145.92μg/mL(r=0.999 2,n=6),平均回收率分别为98.70%和97.46%,RSD分别为0.68%和0.75%(n=9)。结论本法重复性好,准确度高,适用于制剂含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method to two components in Metronidazole Chloramphenicol Suppositories.Methods Hypersil ODS column(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the detective wavelength of 280 nm and the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water(50∶5∶45) at the rate of 1 mL/min.Results The linear ranges of Metronidazole and Chloramphenicol were 49.28-295.68 μg/mL(r = 0.999 1,n = 6) and 24.32-145.92 μg/mL(r = 0.999 2,n = 6) respectively.The average recoveries of Metronidazole and Chloramphenicol were 98.70% and 97.46%,while RSD was 0.68% and 0.75%(n = 9).Conclusion The method is reproducible,accurate and suitable for determination of suppositories.
