摘　　要：目的探讨臂丛麻醉加留置镇痛泵下行肘关节僵硬松动术的护理措施。方法术前评估患者身心状态及制订实施相应护理措施,术中密切观察病情变化,术后予舒适体位、肘关节冰敷护理、疼痛护理、神经血管护理、循序渐进功能锻炼、中药熏洗护理及出院健康指导等护理措施。结果 50例患者肘关节僵硬松动术后均能继续进行后续治疗。肘关节功能Mayo评分:术前肘关节功能平均得分45.2分,术后2周时肘关节功能平均得分89.6分;50例患者评分等级:优43例,良7例,中及差0例。结论针对臂丛麻醉加留置镇痛泵下行肘关节僵硬松动术的特点所采取的上述护理措施对保证治疗的顺利进行、保障治疗效果、促进患者康复起着重要作用。[Objective] To discuss the nursing measures of stereoarthrolysis to patients suffered from elbow stiffness under brachial plexus anesthesia with PCA remained.Methods Before the surgery,physical and mental state of the patients was evaluated.In addition,appropriate nursing care was also measured.During the surgery,was the patients＇ condition observed carefully.After the surgery,the patients,offering ice compress of elbow,were set in a comfortable position.Pain and neurovascular nursing were also provided.The patients were asked to do some functional exercise gradually,fumigate and wash their elbow with Chinese traditional medicine.Health instruction was also provided before they discharged from hospital.Results All of the 50 patients were observed and received the follow-up treatment after the stereoarthrolysis of elbow.The Mayo scores of the elbow function were as followed： the average score was 45.2 before the operation and 89.6 after two weeks of the operation.The grade of the 50 patients were showed in the following： 43 patients were excellent,7 patients were good and no patients were moderate or bad.Conclusion The nursing measures above,which are taken according to the characteristics of stereoarthrolysis to patients suffered from elbow stiffness under brachial plexus anesthesia with PCA remained,have great significance in making sure the treatment going on smoothly,ensuring the curative effect and promoting the patients＇ health.
