摘  要:目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿急性发作期嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)、IL-5、IL-10以及干扰素诱导蛋白(interferon-inducible protein)-10的变化情况,以及糖皮质激素治疗是否能影响其含量。方法选取我院收治的42例急性发作期哮喘患儿和38例稳定期患儿为研究对象,同时选取18例正常儿童为对照。采用ELISA检测患儿血清中ECP、IL-5、IL-10和IP-10的变化情况,并检测糖皮质激素治疗后对其浓度改变的影响。结果与稳定型哮喘比较,急性发作期患儿血清嗜酸性粒细胞轻微降低,但ECP、IL-5、IL-10和IP-10含量显著增高(P<0.05)。经激素治疗后,ECP、IL-5和IP-10水平有所降低,但IL-10变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论小儿支气管哮喘患儿急性发作期能活化嗜酸性粒细胞,而糖皮质激素能有效改善其活性。Objective To explore the changes in eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),IL-5,IL-10 and interferon-inducible protein-10 during acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children,and to explore whether glucocorticoid therapy is likely to affect their contents.Methods 42 case of asthma in children in acute exacerbation and 38 cases of asthma in children in stable phase were chosen as the study group and 18 cases of normal children were chosen as controls.Serum ECP,IL-5,IL-10 and IP-10 changes were detected with ELISA,and the effects of glucocorticoid treatment on their changes were also evaluated.Results Compared with stable asthma,asthma acute exacerbation slight decreased in serum eosinophil,but significant increased in ECP,IL-5,IL-10 and IP-10 levels(P 0.05).After hormone therapy,ECP,IL-5 and IP-10 levels decreased,while IL-10 was not significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Eosinophils is activated during acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children,and glucocorticoid can effectively improve its activity.
