摘　　要：鼻渊通窍颗粒在临床上用于治疗鼻窦炎,具有很好的疗效,其组方立旨,以丹溪"六郁"理论为基础,依据病情的变化特点,从"六郁"理论,阐释鼻窦炎的发病机制。本文并全面分析了组方特点,提出"火郁发之"的治疗原则,这对于进一步研究鼻窦炎的理论和临床论治提供参考。Biyuan Tongqiao particles were used for the treatment of sinusitis and showed good treatment efficacy.Its formula was based on Danxi ＂six depressive symptoms＂ theory and explained the pathogenesis of sinusitis based on the features of disease progress.This article comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of its formula and proposed the ＂relief of fire depressive symptom＂ treatment principle,which provided a reference for further study of sinusitis theory and clinical theory of governance.
