循证护理在手术室护理中的应用观察研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析循证护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取2010年1月~2011年9月本院的160例手术患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组（传统护理方法组）80例和观察组（循证护理法组）80例,将所有患者术前1 d及术后1 d的症状自评量表（SCL-90量表）评分及护理质量、工作效率、并发症发生率、患者满意率进行分析比较。结果观察组术后的SCL-90量表评分各因子均低于对照组,护理质量、工作效率优秀率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论循证护理可显著缓解手术患者的不良情绪,并可显著改善护理质量及工作效率。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in operation room nursing.Methods 160 surgical patients in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2011 were selected as research object,and they were divided into control group（traditional nursing method froup,80 cases） and observation group（evidence-based nursing method group,80 cases） according to random number table,then SCL-90 score before and after the surgery at first day and nursing quality,work efficiency,incidence of complications,patients′ satisfaction rate of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results All factors points of SCL-90 score after the surgery of observation group were all lower than those of control group,excellence rate of nursing quality and work efficiency were all higher than those of control group,incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,patients′ satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group,all P 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing can significantly relieve unhealthy emotion of surgical patients,and it can significantly improve nursing quality and work efficiency.
