摘  要:目的观察米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产的临床效果。方法将200例稽留流产患者分成两组,每组各100例。观察组:第1天直接阴道给药米索前列醇600μg,第2天早晨常规清宫;对照组:第1天口服米非司酮150 mg,第3天早晨阴道给药米索前列醇600μg。所有患者必须住院,观察患者阴道流血量、阴道流血时间、宫内残留率、患者住院天数、患者满意度及月经复潮时间。结果与对照组比较,观察组阴道流血量少,阴道流血时间短,宫内残留率低,住院时间短,患者满意度高,月经复潮时间短;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且对照组中有2例患者在用药过程中发生阴道流血过多。结论治疗稽留流产直接阴道给药米索前列醇联合常规清宫更安全、住院时间更短,适于临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Misoprostol combined with curettage in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods 200 patients of missed abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 100 patients.The experimental group was given Misoprostol 600 μg for vaginal administration in the first day,and conventional curettage in the next morning.The control group was given oral Mifepristone 150 mg in the first day,and Misoprostol 600 μg for vaginal administration in the third day.All patients must be in hospital,and the amount of vaginal bleeding,the bleeding time,the rate of intrauterine residue,the hopitalization days,the patient satisfaction and the re-menstruation time were observed.Results Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the amount of vaginal bleeding was less,the bleeding time was shorter,the rate of intrauterine residue was lower,the hopitalization days was shorter,the patient satisfaction was higher and the re-menstruation time was shorter.All the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of Misoprostol for vaginal administration and conventional curettage in missed abortion is safe and the hopitalization days is short,and it is worthy of clinic application.
