25例欣普贝生用于引产成功的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨欣普贝生用于引产的有效性。方法按对照研究的方法,将50例妊娠晚期、无阴道分娩禁忌、单胎头位的孕妇随机分为阴道放置欣普贝生的欣普贝生组和小剂量催产素静滴的缩宫素组,比较两组潜伏期及活跃期的时间。结果欣普贝生能缩短第一产程,欣普贝生组潜伏期时间为(5.06±1.39)h,活跃期时间为(2.46±1.57)h,缩宫素组潜伏期时间为(7.60±1.58)h,活跃期时间为(4.20±1.75)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣普贝生用于引产效果好,可降低剖宫产率。Objective To evaluate the validity of Dinoprostone for labor induction.Methods 50 cases of single term pregnant women without any vaginal delivery taboo and normal location were randomly divided into two group,Dinoprostone group were 25 cases,oxytocin group were 25 cases.The time of incubation phase and active phase were compared.Results The first stage of labor could be cut down by Dinoprostone.The time of incubation phase and active phase were shorten obviously in study group and control group.The differences were statistical significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Dinoprostone is effective for induce labor,and can reduce the ratio of caesarean operation.
