摘　　要：本文对1995~2011年阿莫西林组合物在我国的专利申请及授权情况做了详细的统计,从其申请量、申请人、申请主题、法律状态等方面做了分析,在此基础上,预测了阿莫西林组合药物的发展趋势,并对我国相关企业给出了建议。This paper statistically analyzed Chinese patent situation of Amoxicillin combination drugs from 1995 to 2011.Some useful competitive information is throughly analyzed,such as aspects of number of applications,applicants,subject mater and legal status and so on.Finally,the development tendency of Amoxicillin combination drugs are forecasted and suggestion for domestic company patent coping style and protective strategy are provided,on the basis of above mentioned analysis.
