摘  要:作者用微血管铸型扫描电镜观察了大鼠游泳训练对左心室心肌微血管变化的影响,结果证明,此方法可直接观察各微血管的立体三维结构。Ten healthy adult rats were devided into two groups in the experiment: control group and experimentgroup (Each rat was trained to swim for half an hour everyday and lasted for 15 and 30 days). We usedthe method of vessel casting with scanning electron microscope to observe the microvascular architecture ofthe left ventricle of the rats. The myocardial vessels are the brauches of the coronary arteries and the capillaries are parallel with my-ocardial fibers. Finally, we observed that the curve and the density of the true capillary of the left ventr-icle and anastomotic branches increased greatly in the experiment group than that in the control group. A lotof spiral capillaries and capillary networks were seen. Using the method, we can observe directly the stereoarchitecture of various myocardial micro-vessels andlay the foundation for further investigation of the relation between cells and capillaries.
