学龄儿童Y染色体形态与生长发育主要指标关系的初步探讨

摘　　要：作者对37名学龄儿童(男)进行Y染色体扫描测量,并对测量数据进行相关与逐步回归等分析,结果认为;Y_p长度与着丝粒指数C可作为预测8—13岁儿童少年未来身高、体重、胸围的遗传学指标。A six-year longitudinal investigation on the growth and development of 37 male primary school students was carried out. We have made chromosomes from cultures of peripheral blood and got the length and area of Y chromosome with scanning microscope photometer. So that we might investigate their relations and the effects of genetics on the condition of growth and development. The conclusions are as follows: 1) There are negative correlations between five indices of Y chromosome and H, W, ChC. There are moderate and significant relation between the length of short arm of Y chromosome and H, centromere index and W ChC (p<0.05). 2) Using progressive regression method, we established the equations of every year (8-13) in order to conjecture H, W, ChC by morphological indices of Y chrom-osome.
