摘　　要：如何保证汽提塔的中段塔体 ,塔盘组件能在塔体内自由上下拉动 ,是汽提塔制造中的关键和难点。本文详细地介绍了为此采用的控制塔体直径尺寸、椭圆度 ,用激光透光法控制直线度以及用扩口方法控制环焊缝收缩等独特工艺措施和工装 。This paper intruduces the main structure and technical specifications of the stripping colunm.The difficulties of manufacture of this colunm are pointed out.The unique procedures and processing equipments used to overcome these diffculties are pressented too.
