摘 要:在全数字铁路视频监控基础上,综合行业特点和应用需求的综合视频监控系统成为新的研究热点,并已在青藏铁路拉萨段、京津高速铁路中成功运用。综合视频监控范围包括运输、安监、公安系统等。对于运输系统,需要对岔道线等处安装摄像机,以提供实时图像信息,为铁道沿线安全诊断提供依据。现有的沿线监控采用视频分析技术,对运动目标进行跟踪处理,而对固物研究较少。通过将图像处理方法引入视频监控系统,结合计算机辅助处理,自动定位异物侵线,从而可以达到线路安全自动监测的目的。图像处理中一个重要的环节是图像增强,本文重点研究了铁路岔道图像增强方法。Based on digital railway video monitoring, Integrated Video Monitoring System (IVMS), which was integrated industry characteristics and application needs, became a new hotspot and was successfully used in the Qinghai-tibet Railway of Lhasa section and Beijing to Tianjin High-speed Railway. IVMS included transportation, safety supervision, public security system, etc. For Transportation System, it was needed to set cameras at turnout spot to provide real-time image information for railway safety diagnosis. The existing video monitoring technology was focused on moving target rather than on the solid content. Through introducing the image processing method into Video Monitoring System and combining with computer aided processing, foreign body could be posited and the safety of the railway could be monitored automatically. The paper proposed the approach on image enhancement of railway turnout which was supposed to be the most important part of image processing.
