摘　　要：针对目前铁路综合检测业务管理应用现状及存在问题,本文研究并设计了铁路综合检测业务管理系统;提出环境层、数据库层、技术组件层、业务领域层和应用层的总体架构,详细阐述了系统的功能结构,并给出了系统的关键技术。目前该系统已经得到了成功的应用,其中的关键技术都得到了验证。Aiming at status and problems of the railway comprehensive inspection service management application, this paper studied and designed Railway Comprehensive Inspection Service Management System, put forward environmental layer, database layer, technology components layer, business layer and application layer, discussed main functions in details. Finally, the key technologies were described. The System was applied successfully and the main algorithms was validated.
