摘  要:目的改进颠茄合剂的配制方法,提高其质量,并考察稳定性。方法对传统的配制方法进行改进,采用"溶剂用新鲜蒸馏水;加入表面活性剂吐温-80;不断快速搅拌溶剂,缓慢加人颠茄酊"的改进方法配制颠茄合剂,并采用留样观察法考察其稳定性。结果将采用改进后方法配制的颠茄合剂室温贮存6个月内,3批样品的外观、性状和微生物限度检查均符合规定,有效期定为6个月。结论改进后方法配制的颠茄合剂稳定性好,经过改进的制备工艺值得推广。Objective To improve the preparation method of belladonna mixture, so as to improve its quality and to test its stability. Methods The traditional preparation method was improved. The improved method of "solvent with fresh distilled water; adding surface active agent Twain -80; rapid mixing solvent, slowly adding belladonna tincture" was used to prepare the belladonna mixture. The sample observation method was used to investigate its stability. Results The compound belladonna mixture that was made by the improved method was stored at room temperature for 6 m, the appearance, character, and the microbial limit tests of 3 samples batches were in compliance with regulations, Valid for 6 m. Conclusion The belladonna mixture that was prepared with improved method has good stability, the improved preparation technology is worth popularizing.
