摘　　要：目的建立梯度洗脱HPLC法测定曲克芦丁片的组分含量。方法采用kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至4.4)为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱,流速0.5 ml/min,检测波长254 nm。结果曲克芦丁在10～1 000μg/ml内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性相关性,相关系数为1,检测限为0.06μg/ml,定量限为0.2μg/ml。结论该方法准确、灵敏,可用于曲克芦丁片的组分测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of composition in troxerutin tablets. Methods The separation was performed on a kromasil C18 （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 um） column. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1 mol/L NaH2PO4 solution （adjusted pH to 4.4 with phosphoric acid） as mobile phase A and acetonitrile as mobile phase B. Gradient elution was used. The flow rate was 0.5 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 10 - 1 000 ug/ml for troxerutin（ r = 1 ）. The detection limit was 0.06 ug/ml and the quantitation limit was 0.2 ug/ml. Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive for determination of composition in troxerutin tablets
