复方血栓通胶囊对糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方血栓通胶囊对减少糖尿病肾病(DN)患者尿微量白蛋白的疗效。方法 84例2型糖尿病患者患者进行12周降糖降压调脂等基础治疗后,按尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)水平分为正常白蛋白尿组(NAU)、低值白蛋白尿(LAU)、高值白蛋白尿组(HAU)、极高值白蛋白尿组(VHAU)4组,采用自身对照方法进行研究。在原治疗基础上加服复方血栓通胶囊每次3粒,每天3次,连用12周。观察治疗前后尿ACR、肝肾功能及血脂指标的变化。结果 LAU组及HAU组治疗后尿ACR显著降低(P<0.01);治疗前肝肾功能或血脂异常的患者在治疗后相关指标明显改善(P<0.05);治疗前肝肾功能或血脂正常的患者在治疗后相关指标无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊有一定的降低早中期DN患者的尿ACR、改善肝肾功能和调节脂质代谢的作用。Objective To observe the influence of Fufang Xueshuantong capsule on urinary albumin in treating patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods A total of 84 patients from the first affiliated hospital of Jinan university, Department of Endocrinology were divided into normal albuminuria group （NAU）, low-grade albuminuria group （LAU）, high-grade albuminuria group （HAU） and very high-grade albuminuria group （~HAU） according to the level of urinary albumin-creatinine ratio （ACR）. Fufang Xueshuantong capsule were plus to all patients： oral, 3 tablets/ time, 3 times/d after basic treatment of 12 weeks. The course of treatment lasted for 12 weeks, during that time the changes of lab indices which included urinary ACR, blood lipids, liver and kidney function indicators were monitored and recorded. Adopting the self-controlled study. Results After treatment, urinary albumin was significantly decreased in HAU group （P 〈 0.01 ） and LAU group （P 〈 0.05 ） with statistically significant. While there was no statistical significant difference in NAU group and VHAU group （P 〉 0.05）. Blood lipids, liver and renal functions patients were significantly improved with statistical significant difference after treatment in patients with abnormal lab indices stated above before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significant difference before and after treatment in blood lipids, liver and renal functions in patients who had normal lab indices stated above before treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Fufang Xueshuantong capsule can decrease urinary ACR with good effect in the early stage of DN. It had no significant effect on the index of patients with normal liver and kidney function while it had protection effect and lipid-lowering to the patients with abnormal liver and kidney functions.
