摘  要:在教育部直属师范大学实行师范生免费教育,是党和国家为促进教育发展和教育公平所采取的一项重大战略举措。目前,首届免费师范生已经顺利毕业并积极投身基础教育岗位。试点高校应系统总结免费师范生思想政治教育尤其是职业理想教育方面的先进经验和有效做法,为进一步做好此项工作提供借鉴。本文立足一线辅导员视角,以实证研究为手段,将师魂典范教育、实践体验教育、感恩奉献教育和政策导引教育融入思想政治教育全过程,对免费师范生群体职业理想教育模式进行了有益探索。The practice of normal student free education in Normal University under the Ministry of education is a major strategic initiatives of party and country in order to promote the development and fairness of education. At present, the first free normal students have graduated and became active in basic education. The pilot colleges and universities should summarize the advanced experience and practice of free normal students ideological and political education, especially the occupation ideal education, to provide reference for the further well done of this job. In this paper, based on the line from the perspective of instructor, takes empirical research as a mean, the soul of model education, social practice education, thanksgiving offering education and policy oriented education was integrated into ideological and political education in the whole process of free normal students, and beneficial exploration has been undertaken in occupation ideal education mode.
