摘　　要：目的 :研究CT下介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新方法 ,使经皮腰椎间盘髓核摘除术更安全、更有效和更准确。方法 :对 2 3例腰间盘突出症实施CT监控下经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术 (CT -PLD)。结果 :切除髓核湿重 2 7± 0 6g ,经 8个月以上的随诊 ,1 3例显效 ,9例有效 ,1例无效 ,未出现并发症 ,总有效率为 95 7%。结论 :CT -PLD安全有效 。Objective:To study a new interventional therapy for lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Twenty-three cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated with CT guide percutaneous lumbar diskectomy (CT-PLD).Results:The average weight of nucleus pulposus removed was 2 7±0 6 g.After 8 months follow-up,13 cases obtained excellent result,9 cases got good result,and 1 case showed unchanged.The total effective rate was 95 7%.No patient suffered from complications.Conclusions:The CT-PLD therapy is safe and effective.
