摘 要:用寇氏法分别测定辛硫磷与氰戊菊酯、辛硫磷与三氟氯氰菊酯、丙溴磷与高效氯氰菊酯复配的单剂LD50 及 95 %可信限以及按等毒性进行混配的农药混剂及 95 %可信限。用预期与实测LD50 对比法、等效应线图解法和logistic回归分析法判断联合作用方式。结果表明 ,辛硫磷与氰戊菊酯混配有协同作用 ;辛硫磷与三氟氯氰菊醋复配有相加作用或协同作用 ;丙溴磷与高效氯氰菊酯复配有协同作用。LD 50 and 95% confidence limits of phoxim,fenvalerate,cyhalothrin,cypermethrin,profenofos and mixture(mixed according to ratio of LD 50 )of phoxim and fenvalerate,phoxim and cyhalothrin,cypermethrin and profenofos were assessed using kaber's method.Jointaction of above pesticide mixtures were evaluated by Comparative Method of expected and experiment LD 50 ,Equivalent Effect Curve Method and Logistic Regression Method.It was found that there was the synergistic effect between phoxim and fenvalerate,synergistic effect or additional effect between phoxin and cyhalothrin and synergistic effect between cypermethrin and profenofos after the mixedness.A bit difference of result among three evaluation methods was observed also.
