摘 要:对发生在节镍型不锈钢冷轧2B表面短条状缺陷进行显微结构、能谱分析,并结合其冶炼—热轧—冷轧一贯制生产工艺,得出缺陷的实质是热轧过程中咬入的氧化铁皮经过冷轧后的表现形式。通过对不同加热温度的统计对比、材料的热塑性分析以及热轧板氧化铁皮结构的分析,得出加热温度过高会影响材料的热塑性,导致加热和轧制过程出现微裂纹,热轧完成后演变为咬入式氧化铁皮缺陷。控制抽钢温度在1215℃以下可以有效降低缺陷发生率。Combining with the consistent productive processes of melting-hot rolling-cold rolling, the microstructure and energy spectrum are used to analyze the short-type strip defect on surface of the cold rolled 2B nick-saving stainless steel. The result shows that the observed defect is generated actually from the gripped scale during hot rolling and formed after cold rolling. After the different heating temperatures are statistically compared, and the thermo plasticity of material and microstructure of scale on hot roiled plate are analyzed,the conclusion is drawn that the over-high heating temperature will affect the thermo plasticity of material, leading to appearance of the micro-crack in the course of heating and rolling, and evolution of the gripped scale defect after hot rolling. The defect ratio is decreased by controlling the heating temperature under the 1 215.
