摘  要:研究了塔河超深稠油掺稀井多相流动规律。根据不同的掺稀方式给出了超深井稠油掺稀井井筒中流体温度梯度的计算方法。结合掺稀特点,给出了超深井稠油原油物性模拟的修正模型,其结果与PVT曲线具有良好的相关性。通过引入井眼轨迹的描述与计算技术,解决了超深井弯曲井段的多相流计算问题。在此基础上,根据能量平衡及多相流体力学原理建立了稠油掺稀生产动态分析模型,实现了对超深井稠油掺稀生产动态的模拟和分析,并据此可对稠油掺稀比例及生产参数进行优化设计,现场应用收到了良好的效果。The flowing law of ultra-deep heavy oil mixing with light oil in Tahe oilfield was investigated in this paper. Calculating methods of temperature profile along the well were provided based on different mixing styles. Modified physical property models relying on mixing characteristics were established, and show good relativity to PVT curves. The multi-phase flowing model in building section of ultra-deep well was created by coupling flowing law with wellbore trajectory modeling. Based on the energy balance principle and multi-phase flowing law, dynamic production model was established for deep heavy oil mixing with light oil, dynamic simulation and analysis can be easily implemented for the production wells. Optimizations of heavy/light oil ratio and production parameters are achieved, which lead to good results in field applications.
