摘  要:通过试验研究了热剂切割弹中造气剂硝酸钾对切割弹切割性能的影响。试验结果表明:硝酸钾含量的变化影响切割剂的燃烧时间和孔洞宏观外貌。硝酸钾含量在4.8%-7.8%之间变化时,切割弹燃烧时间达5s以上;切割40mm×70mm×10mm的Q235钢板的孔径为12-14mm、孔锥度为14-17°,切割效果最好。The influence of gas-generating agent KNO3 on cutting capability of combustion cutting ammunition was studied by test. The test results indicated that ejection time of combustion cutting ammunition and appearance of the hole were affected by different content of KNO3. When the weight of KNO3 ranged from 4.8% to 7.8%, the ejection time of the cutting agent was more than 5 seconds, the diameter of the hole was from 12mm to 14mm, and the taper ranged from 14°to 17° while cutting the steel with size of 40mm × 70mm × 10mm.
