摘  要:用特制的爆炸测试装置对不同静态压力作用下的两类含水炸药(乳化炸药和煤矿许用水胶炸药)的猛度进行测试。实验结果表明:不同的敏化方式和敏化剂对乳化炸药在静压作用下的爆炸性能有显著的影响。其中化学敏化的乳化炸药的猛度受静态压力影响最大,其在静压力为0.6MPa下拒爆,而玻璃微球敏化的乳化炸药的爆炸性能最好;膨胀珍珠岩敏化的乳化炸药和水胶炸药在静压力为0.1~0.6MPa范围内猛度值下降差值较小,水胶炸药的猛度下降率曲线比较平缓稳定。The brisance of two types of explosive (emulsion explosive and coal mine permissible water-gel explosive) under different static pressure were tested by a special explosion testing device. The experimental results showed that sensitive mariner and sensitizer had a significant impact on explosion characteristic of emulsion explosives under the static pressure. The brisance of emulsion explosive with chemical sensitizer was affected the most, it occurred failure explosive when the static pressure value reached 0.6MPa, while the explosion characteristic of the emulsion explosive with glass microspheres sensitizer was the best. The decline rate of brisance of emulsion explosives with expanded pearlite sensitizer and water-gel explosive was similar, when the static pressure value was from 0.1MPa to 0.6MPa. The curve of decline rate of brisance for water-gel explosive was relatively fiat and stable.
