摘　　要：针对某针刺雷管生产过程中出现的爆炸事故,从装药过程和制药过程进行了爆炸原因的分析,得到了导致爆炸事故发生的工艺因素,并提出了相应的改进措施。试生产表明改进措施效果良好,杜绝了爆炸事故的发生,保证了生产和员工生命安全。Aimed at the explosion accidents accured during some stab detonator＇s production, the cause analysis was carried out from charge process and ignition composition manufacturing process, then the relevant improvements were proposed. The actual application indicated the measures prevent the accidents happening, and assure the safety of production and workers.
