摘  要:通过研究厚度为0.25mm的火工品密封片的激光焊接工艺,以及分析激光焊接的影响因素,确定了主要工艺参数,焊接后产品的外观和密封性能符合设计要求。研究表明激光焊接技术在火工品生产中值得推广应用。In this paper, the laser welding process for some initiator's piece with 0.25mm thickness was studied, the influence factors of laser welding were analyzed, and the main process parameters were determined. The appearance of the product and sealing performance after welding were in accord with the design requirements. It showed that the laser welding technique is deserved to be widely applied to the initiator produce.
