摘　　要：先进的病案管理文化,可以激发病案管理人员的斗志,提升病案管理工作水平,提高为社会服务的质量,不断推动医疗事业全面发展。病案管理文化建设是指在病案管理系统中提倡和发展先进病案管理文化,并不断增强这种文化的吸引力、凝聚力和感染力,为推动病案管理建设科学发展、有效提高病案工作人员综合素质和意志作风提供强大精神动力和文化支撑。需要强化组织领导,完善规章制度,优化病案管理人员结构,加强人员培训,搞好宣传教育,借鉴成功经验,并将病案管理文化融入到现有文化之中,积极建设先进的病案管理文化。An advanced medical records management culture, can stimulate the morale of the medical records management, enhance the level of medical records management, improve the quality of social services, and constantly promote the development of medical undertakings. The construction of medical records management culture refers to the promotion and development of advanced medical records management culture in the medical records management system, and continue to enhance the attractiveness, cohesion and appeal of this culture, to provide powerful spiritual motivation and cultural support for promoting the scientific development of the construction of medical records management, improving the comprehensive quality and work style of the medical records management staff. It need to strengthen organization and leadership, improve the rules and regulations, optimize the structure of the medical records management staff, strengthen personnel training, do a good job in publicity and education, draw on successful experience, and integrate medical records management culture into the existing culture, to build an advanced medical records management culture.
