摘　　要：通过对浦东新区潍坊社区卫生服务中心信息化建设的现况分析,结合文献分析研究社区卫生信息化建设与电子健康档案的应用和存在的问题,主要应用于基础医疗服务和公共卫生管理,存在的主要问题是尚未建立区域卫生信息化共享的机制和平台以及数据需要多次录入等,从而提出社区卫生中心的电子健康档案必须进行系统整合、多点采集、一次录入,数据能够动态更新,科学合理的电子健康档案的建立和使用是推动社区卫生信息化建设的重要内容。To analyze the current situation of information construction in pudong new district weifang community health center. Study problems of community health information construction and the application of electronic health records. It was mainly used in basic medical services and public health administration. The main problems are it has not been set up Information sharing mechanism and platform of regional health, data need to repeatedly input and so on. The electronic health records of community health center should do system integration, multipoint data acquisition, once entry and data can be dynamically updated. Establishment and use of scientific and reasonable electronic health record can promote the construction of community health information.
