摘 要:目的对健康成人进行骨密度筛查,防治骨质疏松。方法采用美国的Metriscan骨密度测量仪对2308例健康成人的第二、三、四手指的中间指骨进行骨密度检测。诊断标准:参照WHO的规定,依据中国人数据库。采用SPSS17.0和Epi Info 3.3.2软件对所有数据进行统计学处理。结果 2308例中男性1194例,女性1114例,年龄21~79岁,平均年龄49.8±12.3岁。年龄与骨密度的关系显示,随着年龄增大,男、女性骨质疏松发生率均有增高的趋势,且呈线性关系P〈0.001。骨密度测定值比较:男性≥60岁,女性≥40岁,各组骨密度测定值明显下降,P值〈0.001,其差异有统计学意义。男性组≥60岁的各组间定值无差异,而女性组≥40岁的各组间仍存在差异,P值〈0.001。骨质疏松的检出率男、女组比较,年龄≤39岁者,无明显差异,P〉0.05,40岁~59岁及60岁以上者差异显著P〈0.01。结论年龄≥40岁者均出现不同程度的骨质疏松,女性多于男性,处于围绝经期女性检出率要高于老年女性。对骨质疏松者,特别是围绝经期女性,可根据检查结果适当补钙,同时加强体育活动,并给予健康指导。Objective To do bone mineral density screening for healthy adult, and to prevent and cure osteoporosis. Methods Bone mineral density testing are taken for the second, third and fourth finger middle phalanx of 308 healthy adults with United States Metriscan bone density measurement instrument. Diagnostic criteria: reference to the provisions of the WHO, according to the database of the Chinese people. All data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS13.0 and Epiinfo 3.3.2 software. Results The age from 21 to 79 years old, the average age is 49.8 ± 12,3 years old in 1194 men and 1114 women. Increases with age, male and female osteoporosis occur trend rates were increased, and with a linear relationship P 〈 0.001. Bone mineral density values: men ≥60 years old, women ≥40 years old. Each group of bone mineral density values significantly decreased, P 〈 0.001, statistically significant differences. The male group ≥60 years there are no difference, while the female group ≥40 years of age among the groups there are still differences, P 〈 0.001. Osteoporosis detection rate of male and female: age ≤39 years, no significant difference, P 〉 0.05,40 - 59 years of age and older than 60 have significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Age ≥ 40 years of age with varying degrees of osteoporosis, more women than men. Relevance ratio of perimenopausal women is high than elderly women. Osteoporosis, especially in perimenopausal women, appropriate supply calcium according to test results, while enhancing sports activities, and health guidance.
