家庭及社会支持对银屑病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭及社会支持与银屑病患者生活质量之间的关系。方法对85例寻常型银屑病患者的家庭及社会支持现状与生活质量进行问卷调查。结果 85例寻常型银屑病患者家庭及社会支持得分为(39.88±8.11)分,生活质量得分为(169.69±17.12)分;高家庭及社会支持组总体生活质量、健康与功能、生活满意度、自我概念、社会与经济显著高于低家庭及社会支持组(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论家庭及社会支持直接影响银屑病患者的生活质量。应重视提高家庭及社会支持力度,建立完整的社会支持体系,提高银屑病患者的生活质量与治疗效果。Objective To explore the relationship between the family and social support and life quality of psoriasis patients. Methods A questionnaire was conducted to survey the current situation of families and social support and life quality of 85 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Results The score of family and social support of 85 psoriasis vulgaris patients is 39.88 ± 8.11, and the score of their life quality is 169.69 ± 17.12. The indexes such as life quality , health and function, life satisfaction, self-concept, social and economic of high family and social support group were significantly higher than the low family and social support group （ P 〈 0. 01 or 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The family and social support directly affects the life quality of patients with psoriasis. It is important to improve family and social support, establish a comprehensive social support system and improve the life quality and treatment of patients with psoriasis.
