摘 要:目的编制单项护理操作劳动量影响因素问卷,并对其进行信效度检验。方法采用文献研究和半结构式访谈法编制单项护理操作劳动量影响因素初始问卷,并对广州市9所三级甲等医院住院科室的1 097名护士进行调查,测量问卷的信度、效度。结果问卷总体信度系数为0.827,4个维度的信度系数在0.702~0.850之间,问卷重测信度为0.831;问卷CVI系数为0.770,每个条目与其维度的相关系数在0.231~0.713之间;4个因子累积方差贡献率达67.392%;验证性因素分析显示,x2值为78.32,df为59,x2/df为1.33,RMSEA<0.05,NNFI、CFI、IFI和GFI均在0.90以上。结论单项护理服务劳动量影响因素问卷具有良好的信效度,适用于护理工作量统计与人力成本核算时影响因素的分析。Objective To develop a questionnaire of the influencing factors of single nursing operation workload and test its reliability and validity. Methods The draft questionnaire was formulated by literature research and semi - structured interview. A total of 1 097 nurses in 9 3A - level hospitals were recruited to measure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results The overall Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0. 827. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the four divisions were ranged from 0. 702 to 0. 850. And the retest reliability was 0. 831. CVI coefficient was 0. 770. The con'elated coefficients of each item with their own division were ranged from O. 231 to 0. 713. Factor analysis showed the four extracted factors accounted for 67. 392% of the total variance. And the confirmatory factor analysis showed a good overall fit of this four - factor model, χ2 = 78.32, df = 59, χ2/df = 1.33, RMSEA 〈 0.05, NNFI, CFI, IFI and GFI were all above O. 90. Conclusion The questionnaire of the influencing factors of single nursing operation workload has good reliability and validity, and can be used to measure nursing workload and human cost analysis.
