摘 要:目的探讨电话干预对经皮经肝胆道外引流术治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸患者康复及生活质量的影响。方法将某三级甲等医院经皮经肝胆道外引流术治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸患者分为对照组48例和干预组51例。干预组在接受常规健康教育的基础上,出院后3个月内接受电话干预提供的个性化健康教育;出院后3个月对两组患者带管相关知识、带管相关并发症及生活质量进行调查比较。结果患者出院后3个月除引流袋更换外,电话干预组带管相关知识均优于对照组,生活质量优于对照组,带管相关并发症低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论电话干预可以提高经皮经肝胆道外引流术治疗梗阻性黄疸患者的自我护理能力及生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of the telephone intervention on the rehabiliatation and quality of life in malignant obstructive jaundice patients treated by pereutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD) technology. Methods Totally 99 malignant obstructive jaundice patients treated by PICD from a 3A - level hospital were divided into the control group(48 cases) and the intervention group(51 cases). Additional to conventional health education, the intervention group received 3 - month individualized health education through telephone after discharge from hospital. The patients'related knowledge, related complications and quality of life were investigated 3 months after discharge from hospital. Results Except for the change of drainage - bag, the patients'related knowledge in the intervention group was higher, and the patients' quality of life in the intervention group was better and the incident rate of related complications was less than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The telephone intervention can improve the self - care ability and quality of life in patients treated by PTCD technology.
