摘  要:目的探讨艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗依从性教育方式。方法两组患者实施常规抗病毒治疗及健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施个体化干预措施,分析患者治疗依从性差的原因,针对原因,制订干预措施:包括加强护理人员培训、加强健康教育力度、使用服药管理工具、简化用药方案、建立支持系统及心理干预等方法。结果提高了患者抗病毒治疗的依从性及检测CD4+细胞计数,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论实施个体化干预措施能提高艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗的依从性,从而提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the education methods to improve treatment compliance among AIDS patients under antiviral therapy. Methods The two groups of patients both received routine antiviral treatment and health education. In addition, the observation group received individualized intervention, including analyzing the causes of poor compliance and taking measures according to the causes such as enhancing training of nurses, strengthening the health education of patients, using medication management tools, simplifying the medication regimen, developing support system and mental intervention. Results The significantly intervention increased the treatment compliance and CD4 + cell count, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Individualized intervention can increase the treatment compliance of AIDS patients under antiviral therapy,so as to improve the treatment effectiveness.
