摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱冲洗液温度对经尿道前列腺电汽化术后患者膀胱痉挛发生的影响。方法对50例经尿道前列腺电汽化术后患者采用34～36℃膀胱冲洗液冲洗,并与室温(24℃左右)冲洗液冲洗的50例患者进行比较。结果实验组患者术后膀胱痉挛发生率和住院时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择34～36℃的膀胱冲洗液,可降低和减轻经尿道前列腺电汽化术后患者膀胱痉挛的发生率和严重程度。Objective To explore the effects of bladder irrigation with different temperature lotions on bladder spasm in patients after transurethral electro- vaporization of the prostate （TVP）. Methods Fifty patients were involved to receive bladder irrigation with 34 - 36 ℃ lotion, while another 50 patients received bladder irrigation with 24 ℃ lotion, Results The incidence of bladder spasm and hospital stays in the experimental group were lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bladder irrigation with 34 - 36 ℃ lotion can prevent and reduce the incidence and severity of bladder spasm after TVP.
