中西医结合治疗男性精液异常疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察知柏地黄丸联合维生素C及葡萄糖酸锌治疗男性少、弱精子症及抗精子抗体(anti-sperm antibodies,AsAb)阳性致不育的临床疗效。方法 379例患者分别分为少精子症组(n=93)、弱精子症组(n=160)、少弱精子症组(n=65)和AsAb阳性组(n=61)。每组患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组均应用知柏地黄丸联合维生素C及葡萄糖酸锌治疗。少精、弱精、少弱精对照组用维生素C治疗,AsAb阳性对照组用醋酸泼尼松治疗。治疗以12周为1疗程。结果经过12周的治疗,少精子症组、弱精子症组、少弱精子症组有效率分别为77.1%、88.9%、68.4%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组各项指标较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AsAb治疗组转阴率为67.7%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知柏地黄丸联合维生素C及葡萄糖酸锌可有效提高精子的密度、活力,并可治疗AsAb阳性引起的免疫性不育,对治疗男性精液异常有良好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrative medicine with ZDP,vitamin C and zinc gluconate on patients with abnormal semen.Methods A total of 379 male patients with abnormal semen were divided into oligozoospermia,asthenospermia,oligoasthenospermia and anti-sperm antibodies（AsAb） positive group.Each group was randomly divided into treatment and control group,the former medicated with ZDP,vitamin C and zinc gluconate.The control group with positive AsAb were treated with prednisone acetate.However the other control group were treated with vitamin C,all the patients for a course of 12 weeks.Results After 12 weeks of medication,the clinical efficacy of oligozoospermia group,asthenospermia group and oligoasthenospermia group were 77.1%,88.9% and 68.4%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The seminal parameters of the patients in treatment group were remarkably improved,with extremely significant fifferences from pre-treatment and the control（P〈0.05）.The negative rate of AsAb was 67.7%,and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The integrative medicine with ZDP,vitamin C and zinc gluconate can improve sperm count and motility effectively.Also it can treate immune infertility caused by AsAb positive.It can be used as an effective therapeutic for male infertility induced by semen abnormal.
