在短小手术中应用布托啡诺镇痛对老年患者循环和皮质醇的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨短小手术中应用布托啡诺镇痛对老年患者循环和皮质醇的影响。方法来我院接受短小手术的80例老年患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组在局麻的基础上加用酒石酸布托啡诺注射液(Butorphanol Tartrate Injection)镇痛。对比观察两组患者术前、手术毕即时的平均血压、心率及血浆皮质醇及恶心、呕吐反应发生率。结果研究组患者手术即时的平均血压、心率及血浆皮质醇均低于对照组,恶心、呕吐发生率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊短小手术中联合应用布托啡诺镇痛,简单易行、安全可靠,术中血压稳定,可降低老年患者术后发生心脑血管意外的可能性。Objective To explore the effect of butorphanol analgesia in the short surgery in elderly patients with circulate and cortisol.Methods In our hospital for surgery short of 80 elderly patients randomly divided into two group.The study group was applyed Butorphanol Tartrate injection with local anesthetic.To compare the mean blood pressure,heart rate,plasma cortisol,incidence rate of sicchasia and vomit between two groups.Results The mean blood pressure,heart rate,plasma cortisol,incidence rate of sicchasia and vomit of study group were lower than control group.There was statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Butorphanol analgesia in the short surgery in elderly patients was simple,practicable and safety,intraoperative blood pressure stable.It could reduceing the postoperative cardiovascular accident in older patients.
