集束化护理预防人工气道患者肺部感染的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理预防人工气道患者肺部感染的效果。方法在ICU病房选择建立人工气道患者116例,随机分为实验组和对照组各58例,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予集束化综合护理干预,对照组仅给予常规护理。比较两组患者住院期间肺部感染的发生率及住ICU时间。结果与对照组相比,实验组肺部感染发生率明显下降,住ICU时间缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU建立人工气道患者进行集束化护理干预,能有效预防肺部感染的发生。Objective To investigate the efficacy of an artificial airway care bundle for the reduction of lung infection. Methods 116 patients in ICU with artificial airway were randomly divided into the experimental group（58 cases） and the control group （58 cases）. The control group received routine care, on this basis the experimental group was given bundle care intervention. The incidence of pulmonary infection and ICU length of stay were observed in two groups. Results The incidence of pulmonary infection was significantly decreased in the experimental group compared with the control group. Comparing with the control group, ICU stay time was significantly shorter in the experimental group. Conclusion ICU patients with artificial airway of bundle care intervention, could ~revent the incidence of lun~ infection.
