临终患者的终末关怀

摘　　要：目的通过对临床患者的关怀,提高患者家属的满意度,让患者平静的度过人生最后旅程。方法本文对18例生存期在2d～3个月内的临终患者进行的临终关怀服务,探讨患者临终的的生理、心理特点,通过制定个性化临终护理计划,并采取相应的护理措施。结果患者的满意度提高了。结论临终关怀提高了患者生活质量,提高了患者家属的满意度,从而提高护理服务质量。Objective the terminal care can increase the satisfaction of the family and improve the nursing service. Methods The author introduced the terminal care to 18 dying patients whose survival period was between 2 days to 3 months. Results The article analyzed the physiological and psychological characteristics of the dying patients who can get better standard life and spend their last journey peacefully by the author＇ s proposal of nursing plans and measures. Conclusion It can increase the satisfaction of the family and improve the nursing service.
