摘 要:为了适应未来以突发性数据为主的业务 ,为了解决N2 连接造成的网管复杂问题 ,发展下一代电信网是历史的必然。首先分析了传统的电路交换网向以ATM/IP为主导的分组化网络演进的两种方式———重叠网策略和混合网策略 ;接着 ,讨论了对下一代电信网业务节点的要求 ,以及ATM交换机、IP路由器、新一代综合交换机、协调设备 (又称混合电路 /分组交换机 )和多业务网络节点等 5种典型业务节点的结构、功能、特点与发展趋势。To suit the future burst data dominated services and to solve the complicated network management problem due to N 2 connection, it is inevitable to develop next generation telecom network. At first, the two methods for the conventional circuit switched network to evolve towards ATM/IP dominated packetized network are analyzed, i.e. overlap network strategy and hybrid network strategy. Then, the requirements for next generation service nodes are discussed. Besides that, the structure, functions, characteristics and development trends of five types of typical service nodes, including ATM switch, IP router, new generation integrated switch, coordinating equipment (hybrid circuit/packet switch) and multi service network node, are discussed.
