科研工作中科技情报检索的作用——浅谈应用国际联机情报检索的体会

摘　　要：科技情报检索是科研工作中的重要环节 ,也是科研成果评价的必要手段。课题研究必须了解国内外发展动态 ,进行可行性和经济效益分析。本文通过国际联机情报检索的两个应用实例 ,阐明了情报检索不仅提高了科研工作效率 ,而且在课题研究的方法、深度和广度、最终结果方面都能得到很大益处。Search of scientific and technologic literatures is an important step in the research work and the necessary means of result appraise. To research a problem we have to know recent developments in this field at home and abroad,analyse0 its feasibly and beneficial result of economics. The paper gave two appliance examples in literatures search of international network. They have shown that the literatrues search would not only improve the eficiency of research work, but also get a great number of benefits in method, depth and width,final result of studies.Key Words literatures search research work appliancengchun, 130012) LIU Da wei (Changchun College of Automobile Industry, Changchun, 130011) Abstract: The present paper deals with the water filling bit allocation algorithm on the base of discrete multi tone. On the digital subscriber loop we realized the algorithm, got the max receiving bit, analysed the relation between the max receiving bit and transmitted power, and got the result of bit allocation.
