摘 要:针对平地机在高温地区液压系统油温过高现象,通过平地机在高温环境下高速行驶和大负载铲土两种典型工况的液压系统热平衡试验,得到液压系统各点压力损失值与不同工况下热平衡温度。经过数据分析与热平衡计算,找到导致液压系统油温偏高的主要因素,以此为依据,从减少生热和增大散热两个方面进行改进。对改进后的液压系统进行热平衡测试,结果表明油温在设计范围之内,说明热平衡计算在液压系统设计中的重要性,对于液压系统的热平衡试验及计算具有一定的参考价值。In view of a case that there is a high oil temp at the hydraulic system of a motor grader operating at a high- temp area, we did tests on hear balance with the hydraulic system in a grader that was operating at a high- temp area when driving at high speeds and operating with heavy loads under 2 typical conditions to have got pressure loss value at positions of the hydraulic system and temps at heat balance under different operating conditions. Thru data analyses and heat balance computation we have found major factors that lead to higher temp at the hydraulic system, on which basis we made improvements to minimize the heating while increasing the radiation, following with tests on heat balance to the modified hydraulic system. The results show that the oil temp can be kept within the design range that tells importance of heat balance computation for the hydraulic system design, thus having a certain reference of value for further heat balance tests and calculation on the hydraulic system.
