摘　　要：卡套式管接头广泛应用于船舶液压系统的中高压管路,具有密封可靠、装拆便捷的优点,文中以M30×2卡套式管接头为例,分析了卡套式管接头的密封原理,利用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件对卡套进行应力、应变分析,可以为卡套式管接头的结构优化、合理装配等提供理论依据。The bite type fittings has been used extensively in medium and high-pressure pipeline of ships＇ hydraulic system, which has the merits of reliable sealing performance and convenient assembly and disassembly. Taking the M30×2 pipe connector as an example, the stress and strain analysis of ferrule is carried out based on SolidWorks Simulation FEA software. The sealing prineiple of ferrule is analyzed. The analysis results provide theoretical basis fbr structural optimization and reasonable assembly of the bite type fittings.
